Agoura Design Center is an 118,000 Square Foot Retail Development, that offers large retail space for tenants.  Westcon Engineering developed the Grading Design, Street Improvement plans, Storm Drain design, and Water run off Specifications. This Project is one of many retail projects that Westcon has helped Clients achieve the design and specifications. With Westcon’s design, the client was able to adhere to the City Standards without  giving up their Aesthetic Vision.
